All professionals wishing to benefit from a field of action, you must pay a fee of 15 dollars if you are abroad, and a fee of 1500 gourdes if you are in Haiti. To register for a work card, please complete the following information:

• Letter of motivation
• A resume
• A text describing your professional profile
• An identity document
• Four (4) recent passport photos.
• A letter of reference signed by a religious leader, teacher or community leader from your respective community.

Please help us determine if it is really you who is trying to obtain the working card by providing us with a passport photo and any type of identification card with your name and photo or a birth certificate.
